Why do our coffees always taste so great?
We pull out all the stops to guarantee the highest calibre coffees. For example, the cherries are handpicked at just the right time to ensure consistent ripeness and size. This makes for an even roast and a less bitter taste when compared with other coffees you can buy.
In recognition, our coffees have been classified as speciality coffees by the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA). This means they achieve a quality score of at least 80 on the SCA Cup Score.
