Shipping costs UK mainland & tracking

Orders of £35 and over will receive free next day delivery
Orders under £35 are charged at £6.00 per consignment
Once you have placed your order, you will receive pre-delivery notification.
All orders are tracked and will require a signature upon receipt of goods. 

Shipping times UK mainland

All orders placed online by 11am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for a next working day delivery by our courier. Please allow two working days for delivery during the pandemic.

Orders placed on a Friday UK mainland

Ordering on a Friday before 11am will not arrive until the following Monday unless specified for a Saturday delivery which will be an additional cost at the checkout. 

Orders placed on Saturday or a Sunday UK mainland

Ordering on a Saturday or Sunday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Coffee machines and coffee grinders shipping UK mainland

For Coffee machines and Coffee Grinders, please allow 4 working days for delivery. These delivery times may vary +/- 1 day during the pandemic.

Orders placed outside of UK mainland

Additional charges will apply for Coffee and Coffee machine deliveries to addresses outside of UK mainland; these charges will apply at checkout.

Coffee machine warranty

All Coffee machines sold by Cartwright Coffee Limited come with 12-month parts only and/or return to base warranty.

If you encounter a faulty/damaged Coffee machine, please email that day the details with a photograph to sales@cartwrightcoffee.co.uk. The Coffee machine warranty does not include misuse.

Please ensure that the 13amp fuse has been checked prior to sending any electrical equipment back to Cartwright Coffee Limited or if instructed by Cartwright Coffee Limited back a specific Manufacturer.

If the Coffee machine can be repaired by supplying replacement part(s) we will charge for the required items and issue a credit upon receipt of the faulty parts.

Should a Coffee machine need to be returned to us for repair please request a Product Return Evaluation Form by emailing sales@cartwrightcoffee.co.uk

Please note Coffee machine repairs can take up to 2 weeks and carriage to us will need to be paid by you. In the rare situation that upon inspection the product is found to be beyond economical repair then we will replace the Coffee machine at our cost.

Cartwright Coffee Limited accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage to property that is attributed to the failure of the goods supplied, whether or not the Company is the manufacturer of the goods.

Returns policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. The item will need to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive your item within 31 days from purchase, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned unused or unopened item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or to original method of payment. You will receive a credit within a certain amount of day depending on your card issuers policies.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
